Charges laid after woman sexually trafficked for months: Cops

A 22-year-old Toronto man, Leighton Keen Junior Whitfield, has been charged after a woman was sexually trafficked for five months, turning over all her earnings to him. The man faces charges including procuring/exercising control, advertising sexual services, and assault. In a separate incident, a man was shot outside his Oakville home by a motorist who confronted and wounded him on Saturday morning.
