The B.C. provincial court sentenced a 42-year-old man to five months in jail for posting 18 videos and 80 photographs of his ex-partner on Pornhub without her consent. The judge described the acts as “pre-meditated and revenge motivated,” noting that the man attempted to contact the victim repeatedly after their breakup. The material, which showed the victim as “clearly identifiable,” was viewed over 10,000 times before being taken down in November 2023. The ruling included 18 months of probation following his jail time.
