Minnesota will choose second, having acquired the Chicago Sky’s first-round pick, while Seattle, Washington, and Chicago complete the lottery. The league will expand to 15 teams with the Toronto Tempo and Portland Fire, who will flip a coin to determine the sixth pick. Although there’s no standout No. 1 prospect this year, several college players, including UCLA’s Lauren Betts and UConn’s Azzi Fudd, are draft-eligible.
