Homicide Investigation Launched Near Whanganui National Park
Police have initiated a homicide investigation following the discovery of two deceased individuals at a rural property in Ruatiti, close to Whanganui National Park. Central District Commander Superintendent Dion Bennett confirmed that the victims were found by authorities this afternoon. A scene examination is set to commence tomorrow and will likely take several days. Post-mortem and formal identification processes are scheduled for the upcoming days.
