Daniel Craig has reportedly been offered a key villain role in The Batman: Part II, with production expected to begin next month. The role in question is Christopher Dent, the father of Harvey Dent, who is set to become a central antagonist. If Craig declines the offer, Liam Neeson is next in line for the part. The sequel is scheduled for release on October 1, 2027, with Robert Pattinson returning as Batman and several other cast members reprising their roles.
