Frank Bunce’s tyre business enters liquidation

All Blacks legend Frank Bunce’s tyre business, F.E. and J.A. Bunce, trading as Orizen Tyres Thames, has entered liquidation, owing over $70,000 to the Inland Revenue Department. Bunce, the sole owner and director, cited economic challenges, increased costs, competition, and the impact of Covid-19 as reasons for the insolvency. Grant Reynolds of Reynolds & Associates has been appointed as the liquidator, with an assessment of the company’s assets underway.
