Windsor police rule out connection as hunt continues for missing women

Police in Windsor are searching for two women in their 20s, Shilan Shahbazian and Rupinder Kaur, who went missing within weeks of each other. The cases are unrelated, according to authorities. Shahbazian was last seen on Jan 4, while Kaur was last seen on Dec. 17. Police are asking for the public’s help in locating both women.
