Police are actively searching for 30-year-old Dylan Gregory Quinlan, who removed his electronic monitoring device on Wednesday. He is described as 188 cm tall, of solid build, with an olive complexion, brown eyes, and a shaved head. Quinlan is known to frequent areas in the Perth metropolitan region, including Fremantle, Hamilton Hill, Hilton, Willagee, and Beaconsfield.
