He is described as 188 cm tall, of solid build, with an olive complexion, brown eyes, and a shaved head. Quinlan is known to frequent areas in the Perth metropolitan region, including Fremantle, Hamilton Hill, Hilton, Willagee, and Beaconsfield. If spotted, the public is advised not to approach him and to contact police immediately at 131 444.
