Relative of Poseidyn Reigns Hemopo-Pickering admits to lying to police after infant’s death

A relative of a baby who died from head injuries has admitted to lying to police about the baby’s father confessing to the fatal injuries. Rodney Thompson testified at the inquest for Poseidyn Reigns Hemopo-Pickering, stating he was motivated by a desire for accountability. Poseidyn was taken to Starship children’s hospital on September 5, 2020, with severe injuries and was pronounced dead the following day.
