Renovations to the official residence of Quebec’s delegate general in New York aim to enhance security and functionality, costing over $2.6 million. A $2.17 million contract was awarded to a local contractor, in addition to $505,695 previously spent on architectural modifications. Improvements will include kitchen upgrades and better separation of private and public spaces. The Quebec government is also planning to spend $150,000 on new furniture for public areas.
