Canada has secured seven medals at the Milan-Cortina Paralympic Winter Games, including one gold, three silver, and three bronze. Natalie Wilkie earned Canada’s first gold in the women’s standing 12.5-kilometre biathlon and added a silver in the sprint. Mark Arendz also captured silver in the men’s standing 12.5km biathlon, while Kalle Ericsson and guide Sierra Smith won silver and bronze in alpine events. The Para hockey team dominated with an 8-0 win over Slovakia and a 14-0 victory against Japan.
