Michael Willis, CFO of Karman Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KRMN), sold 115,000 shares of the aerospace and defense company in an open-market transaction on Monday, as revealed in a regulatory filing. The sale, valued at a weighted average price of $58.63 per share, marks Willis’ largest open-market transaction in the past year, following previous sales of 100,000 shares in July and 72,727 shares in February.
