School custodian stages surprise for Kitchener, Ont. students ahead of holiday break

Head custodian Tony Ward of St. Paul Catholic School in Kitchener, Ont. surprised students by dressing as an elf on the roof before school and waving goodbye from the school sign at the end of the day, spreading joy and excitement among the children.
