N.S. man receives conditional discharge for using psychedelic tea

A 52-year-old man from Nova Scotia, Michael Adzich, has been charged with drug offences related to spiritual ceremonies at his home, where he used a hallucinogenic tea from the Amazon. He will avoid a criminal record if he complies with a three-year probation order issued by the Nova Scotia Supreme Court on October 16, 2025.
