Person on minibike fires ‘multiple shots’ at east Windsor home

Windsor police are seeking surveillance footage from residents and business owners after a targeted drive-by shooting with a mini-motorcycle on Jefferson Boulevard. The incident occurred around 4 a.m. on Dec. 16, with the suspect fleeing west on Empress Street. No injuries were reported, and police are asking for any potential video evidence between 3:30 and 4:30 a.m. to be shared with the Major Crimes Unit.
