One dead and three injured after two planes crash mid-air

One person died, and three were injured in a mid-air collision between a Cessna 172 and an Extra EA-300 at Fort Morgan Municipal Airport in Colorado while both planes were landing. The incident occurred around 10:40 AM, with the Cessna’s occupants suffering minor injuries, while the pilot of the Extra EA-300 was killed and the other passenger hospitalized; an investigation is underway by the FAA and NTSB.
