Three British Airways crew members were hospitalized after consuming gummies laced with 300mg of THC, the psychoactive component of marijuana, given to them by a passenger. The incident occurred after their flight from London Heathrow landed in LA, with crew members experiencing “out-of-body” sensations. A replacement crew was sent for the return flight, and British Airways is investigating the passenger responsible, who may face multiple charges. The affected staff have since recovered, and there was no impact on customers.
