Documentarian Donates Proceeds to Rebuild Kibbutz Destroyed by Hamas

Canadian filmmaker Barry Avrich is donating the net profits from his documentary, The Road Between Us, to help rebuild the Israeli community of Nahal Oz, which was devastated during the October 7 terrorist attacks. The film, featuring retired military general Noam Tibon’s rescue efforts, premiered at TIFF, winning the People’s Choice Documentary Award and grossing over $50,000 in its opening weekend.
