Facebook argues it doesn't belong in former N.B. doctor's lawsuit alleging racist posts

Meta Platforms, the parent company of Facebook, is one of three defendants in a lawsuit filed by Dr. Jean-Robert Ngola in 2022, following his alleged violation of COVID-19 protocols in 2020. Ngola claims that Facebook permitted the dissemination of racist content about him during this time.
