Kirk Charles is biking 1,000 miles to raise awareness about health disparities impacting Black Americans and inspire others to lead a healthier lifestyle.
Charles is on a journey from NYC to Chicago, promoting plant-based eating and exercise to combat health issues like hypertension and diabetes, while encouraging others to join him on his ride.
