Auckland teacher who abused, photographed girls, had prior indecent act convictions

A man with a history of indecency convictions, Timothy Fisher, 57, worked as a teacher for EduExperts, where he sexually abused at least eight children and created objectionable child abuse material. Sentenced to prison, he acknowledged his actions, stating they were “inevitable, completely justified and long overdue.”
