Dermatologists recommend brushing away the product after a few minutes to prevent buildup in the scalp, as dry shampoo only absorbs oil and does not clean the scalp. It is advised not to use dry shampoo for more than two consecutive days to prevent issues such as inflammation, acne, and dandruff from occurring.
