Dozens of passengers on Jetstar’s flight from Auckland to Dunedin were left without their bags after the airline off-loaded their luggage without informing them until they reached their destination. One passenger, Alison Boyce, had to rebook her travel and wait for her bag, which contained vital medication and gear for her trip to Stewart Island.
