Killer who raped, decapitated 12-year-old Ontario girl has been paroled: police

Douglas Worth, a 73-year-old man who raped and murdered 12-year-old Trina Campbell in 1987, has been released on parole and is living in Dartmouth, N.S. After serving 35 years of his life sentence, he is classified as a high-risk offender with strict conditions, including no contact with children, and has a criminal history dating back to 1968.
