Cyclist, 76, dies after collision with SUV on Gouin Blvd.

A 76-year-old cyclist was fatally struck by an SUV on Gouin Blvd. in Montreal, near Highway 40 West. The cyclist was unconscious and later died in the hospital, while the 33-year-old SUV driver was uninjured. Preliminary findings suggest the SUV hit the cyclist as it made a left turn onto the highway ramp; the investigation is ongoing.
