A rare copy of the 1938 comic Action Comics No 1, which introduced Superman, has sold for $15 million to an anonymous collector. This copy, once stolen from actor Nicolas Cage, was returned after more than a decade. The sale surpasses the previous record set in November for Superman No 1 at $9.12 million. Fewer than 100 copies of Action Comics No 1 are believed to exist, marking it as a significant piece in superhero history.
