Prime Minister Mark Carney will reshuffle his cabinet following Steven Guilbeault’s resignation over a controversial Alberta energy agreement affecting a new bitumen pipeline to the B.C. coast. Guilbeault, who served as minister of official languages and Carney’s Quebec lieutenant, criticized the dismantling of key climate action policies he previously championed.
