Canada gets revenge on Czechs, to battle U.S. for gold supremacy at women’s U18 hockey worlds

In the women’s U18 hockey world championship, Canada avenged last year’s loss by defeating the Czech Republic 4-2 in the semifinals, with Caileigh Tiller and Stryker Zablocki leading the way. Goalie Marilou Grenier made 19 saves to secure the win. Canada will face the defending champion Americans in the gold-medal game, continuing their historic rivalry in the tournament.
