B.C. Ferries employees Jordyn Sankey and Leslie Fox, who initially disliked each other, fell in love while working on the Northern Expedition. After struggling to plan a traditional wedding, they opted for a small ceremony aboard the ferry, which unexpectedly turned into a nearly 70-person event as the crew joined in. The couple expressed joy at being surrounded by their “ferry family” and is now expecting their first child in May.
