Carney to Revise Cabinet After Guilbeault’s Exit

Prime Minister Mark Carney will reshuffle his cabinet following Steven Guilbeault’s resignation over a controversial Alberta energy agreement affecting a new bitumen pipeline to the B.C. coast.
