37 per cent of Generation-Z consider leaving their jobs
According to a study by PwC, 37 per cent of Generation Z employees in the UK have considered leaving their jobs in the past year, with 4.4 million workers on the brink of exiting the labour market. Younger workers, particularly those aged 18 to 24, are at higher risk, with mental health being a significant factor.
