Hong Kong property developer Lee Shau Kee dies at 97

Hong Kong property developer Lee Shau Kee, founder of Henderson Land Development Co. Ltd., passed away at the age of 97. Forbes ranked him as the second-richest person in Hong Kong in 2019 with a net worth of $30 billion. Lee, who was born in Guangdong province, led one of the largest real estate empires in the former British territory before his death.
