FBI Arrests Vancouver Fugitive Linked to Drug Smuggling Ring

The FBI has arrested Vancouver resident Rasheed Pascua Hossain in connection with former Canadian Olympic snowboarder Ryan Wedding, alleged leader of a global cocaine empire. Hossain faces multiple charges, including conspiracy to distribute cocaine and money laundering, as part of a broader crackdown that led to the arrest of 10 others, mostly Canadians. Wedding, who remains at large and is on the FBI’s Most Wanted list, is accused of overseeing criminal operations and witness intimidation. The arrests follow a federal grand jury indictment and highlight significant law enforcement efforts against the drug trafficking network.
