Canadian fugitive Ryan Wedding, a former Olympic snowboarder, was implicated in a high-level cocaine trafficking operation after meeting an undercover RCMP officer in 2015. Following a significant investigation, Wedding fled to Mexico, allegedly building a billion-dollar drug empire linked to the Sinaloa cartel. His criminal activities escalated, leading to his placement on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list after ordering a hit on a cooperating associate. On January 23, 2026, he surrendered at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City.
