Russian intelligence agency claims it foiled terror attack in Moscow

The Russian intelligence agency FSB foiled a terrorist attack on a Moscow police station planned by ISIS’ Afghanistan unit, ‘Vilayat Khorasan’, with support from the Taliban. Several members of the ‘Khorasan Province’ group were killed during the operation, as they resisted arrest. The terrorists, reportedly Tajiks, had planned to create a bomb using a car and propane gas cylinders to target the police station.
