A Melbourne family narrowly escaped a suspicious fire that engulfed their Yarraville home early Wednesday morning, with police investigating the incident as a possible targeted attack. The blaze, which started around 2:30 AM from a car parked outside, quickly spread and blocked the family’s exit, forcing them to flee to the backyard. Authorities suspect unknown offenders deliberately ignited the fire and are seeking information from the public, including CCTV and dashcam footage. No arrests have been made, and the area has been cordoned off for further investigation.
