Two women, Holly LeGresley and Adriana Orme, were jailed for their involvement in an international monkey torture network, where animals were sadistically abused and tortured. LeGresley was sentenced to two years and Orme to 15 months, with the judge describing their actions as ‘depraved, sickening, and wicked’. The pair participated in online chatrooms discussing abuse, shared images and videos of torture, and expressed desires for extreme acts of violence towards monkeys.
