The Chicago White Sox have reportedly hired Will Venable, a former MLB outfielder and Texas Rangers coach, as their new manager. Venable will replace Grady Sizemore, who served as interim manager after Pedro Grifol was fired, with a record of 89-190 over two seasons. Venable, a nine-season MLB veteran, coached for the Cubs, Red Sox, and Rangers before winning the World Series with Texas in 2023, and will lead the White Sox in 2025 to improve upon their 41-121 record from the previous season.
