A second suspect, Dennis Mclean, 24, of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to obstruct justice in connection with the fatal shooting of Jevon Harris-Smith in Brampton last year. The victim, who was not the intended target, was shot multiple times outside his residence, leading to his death. Another individual, a young offender, was previously charged with first-degree murder in the case.
