U.S. and Russia discuss ending Ukraine war, without Kyiv

Senior U.S. and Russian delegations met in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for high-stakes negotiations to end the war in Ukraine. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov led the respective delegations. Talks lasted four and a half hours with both sides agreeing that improved relations were in their best interest.
