Ukraine strengthens air capabilities, escalating tensions with Russia

Ukraine intensified its strikes against Russian oil storage and refinery facilities, hitting targets as far as 1,600 kilometers from its borders, which drew accusations of “terrorist attacks” from the Kremlin.
