Trump sues The New York Times for $15 billion

NEW YORK (AP) — President Donald Trump has filed a $15 billion defamation lawsuit against The New York Times and four journalists, alleging intentional defamation in articles and a book published leading up to the 2024 election. Trump claims the Times has become a “mouthpiece” for the Radical Left, following previous legal actions against other media outlets, including a $10 billion lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal.
