A US neo-Nazi terrorist group, The Base, led by Rinaldo Nazzaro, is calling for targeted attacks on Ukraine’s infrastructure amidst its ceasefire talks with Russia. Founded in 2018, The Base has been linked to Russian intelligence operations, with Nazzaro allegedly living in Saint Petersburg and being suspected of receiving funding from Russian sources. The group is now soliciting recruits for violent actions against Ukrainian authorities, positioning itself as a supporter of Kremlin objectives while attempting to establish a white nationalist enclave in Ukraine.
