The parents of Fawziyah Javad, a pregnant lawyer murdered by her husband on Arthur’s Seat, returned to Edinburgh to unveil a memorial bench in her honor. Javad, 31, was pushed from the 50ft cliff by her husband Kashif Anwar in September 2021, while on holiday. Anwar was found guilty of her murder at the High Court after Javad managed to reveal to passers-by that she had been pushed before she died.
