Student housing developer UTILE inks deal with Université de Montréal federation

The Fédération des associations étudiantes du campus de l’Université de Montréal (FAÉCUM) has partnered with UTILE to develop non-profit student housing in Montreal. The project will include affordable apartments for at least 150 students, with the goal of providing accessible housing options for students. This initiative aims to address the growing need for affordable housing in the city and support students in finding suitable accommodation.
