Milwaukee Judge Convicted of Obstruction for Aiding Undocumented Man

A Wisconsin judge, Hannah Dugan, was found guilty of felony obstruction for concealing an undocumented man to thwart his arrest by immigration officials. Dugan was charged for obstructing Department of Homeland Security proceedings after directing agents away while assisting Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, who was ultimately captured. She was acquitted of the charge of concealment, but now faces up to five years in prison. Dugan, who did not testify, has been suspended from her duties pending sentencing.
