A Wisconsin judge, Hannah Dugan, was found guilty of felony obstruction for concealing an undocumented man to thwart his arrest by immigration officials. Dugan was charged for obstructing Department of Homeland Security proceedings after directing agents away while assisting Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, who was ultimately captured.
