Fund Acquires 1 Million Shares of Rising Healthcare Provider

Utah-based Crewe Advisors disclosed in a January 16 SEC filing that it acquired 1,035,747 shares of PACS Group (NYSE:PACS) for an estimated $22.72 million. This acquisition increased Crewe Advisors’ total holdings in PACS Group to a value of $82.45 million, reflecting a net increase of $67.19 million from the previous quarter. Following this transaction, PACS Group now constitutes 7.3% of the fund’s 13F assets.
