Wilsey Asset Management Sells .4 Million in Wells Fargo Stock

Wilsey Asset Management disclosed in an SEC filing on Wednesday that it sold 54,561 shares of Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) for approximately $4.4 million, reducing its stake from 9.3% to 8.5% of its 13F reportable assets as of September 30. Following the sale, the fund holds 552,771 shares, with a market value of $46.3 million.
